About us.

SEAD is a Sydney based architectural practise, built around designers that collaborate with clients, stakeholders and communities.
We strive for quality through our beliefs in equality and opportunity. We embed clients' need in our design, taking time to listen and understand.
We continuously seek the brightest minds to innovate design, process, and typology. We welcome collaboration, from both traditional and disruptive sources, should it have the potential to contribute to better design.
Through deep and sensitive understanding of context and place, SEAD blended with honest and expressive structure and craft. This has informed the work of SEAD ever since.
Our team brings experience and enthusiasm to every new client and project. SEAD demonstrate a dedication to research as well as an ability to work with clients to deliver successful design solutions on time and budget.

We know the complex process of design is demanding which is why we foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration.
We value each staff member for the skills and perspective they bring to their work.
We offer our people exciting, ever-changing and diverse opportunities to make an impact on the community and on their careers.
We believe that a supportive working environment, one that challenges and supports the individual, leads to the best possible collective outcome.
